1- Pre heat over to 180C (350F)
2- Cut avocado in half and remove the core.
3- Cut up 1/2 breast of BBQ/rotisserie chicken into small pieces and place in bowl with 60ml (1/4 cup) chunky salsa and mix
4- Stuff avocados with the chicken salsa and add a little shredded cheese on top
5- Place in oven for about 8-10 minutes
NOTES: feel free to skip the cheese for healthier version or to add some spices of your choice. If you are planing on using uncooked chicken, cook it first before mixing it first with the salsa and stuffing the avocado.
