Artichoke Pasta Salad

1- Cook 240ml (1cup) whole wheat pasta
2- Once its cooked let it cool down
3- In a bowl mix the pasta with 60ml (0.25cup) cucumber, 60ml (0.25cup) asparagus, 60ml (0.25cup) tomato, 60ml (0.25cup) red onion, 60ml (0.25cup) mushroom, 60ml (0.25cup) bell pepper, 180ml (0.75cup) marinated artichoke, salt pepper and chili flakes.

 NOTES: Feel free to add other ingredients like red kidney beans.

3-En un bowl mezcla la pasta con 60ml (0.25taza) pepino, 60ml (0.25taza) espárragos, 60ml (0.25taza) tomate, 60ml (0.25taza) cebolla morada, 60ml (0.25taza) champiñones, 60ml (0.25taza) de chile pimiento rojo, 180ml (0.75taza) alcachofa marinada, sal, pimienta y chile en polvo.

NOTAS: siéntete libre de agregar otros ingredientes como frijoles rojos
