Apple Pie Protein Smoothie



1- In a powerful blender 1 chopped frozen banana, 2 red apples (pitted and cut), a couple of ice cubes, 120ml (0.5 cup) Greek yogurt, 240ml (1 cup) almond milk, dash of cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder.
2- Blend well

NOTES: A dash of ginger is also good with this.

1-En una licuadora con potencia licúa 1 plátano picado y congelado, 2 manzanas rojas (sin semilla y cortadas), un par de cubos de hielo, 120 ml (0.5 taza) de yogurt griego, 240 ml (1 taza) de leche de almendra, un toque de canela, nuez moscada, 1 cucharada (30g) de proteína en polvo sabor vainilla
2-Licúa bien
