1- In a bowl mix: 240ml (1 cup) oatmeal, 60ml (0.25 cup) dark chocolate chips, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (approx. 30g), 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 120ml (0.5 cup almond butter) and about a third of a banana.
2- Place mixture on baking paper and use it to spread it out
3- Place in the fridge to cool down
NOTES: I used whey protein powder. You can also use more oats if you prefer a more solid bar. Also if you want to use less almond butter you can sub half the amount with a few dates. You can also add a little more protein powder if you wish.
