1- Preheat oven to 200C (400F)
2- Prepare mushrooms by removing the stalk
3- Toss mushrooms with a little olive oil
4- In a bowl mix goat cheese, rosemary, garlic and a bit of pepper
5- Fill the mushrooms up and sprinkle a little bread crumbs on top
6- Bake for about 5 minutes
NOTES: Mushrooms come in all different sizes so make an educated guess as to how much goat cheese you use. Add rosemary, garlic and pepper to suit your taste.
