There is much more to being healthy than just following a few recipes. If you are familiar with the old proverb “Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life” you will understand my goal. I strive to simplify the complexities of healthy living and to share the information so you can live a healthier lifestyle.
My objective is to become an everyday part of your journey to wellness by providing you with recipes, tips, articles, videos and much more.
I keep my recipes as short and simple as possible. This helps you stay motivated to cook healthy and hopefully to give you the basics towards creating culinary creations of your own. Think of it as a coloring in book, I give you the outlines, giving you the freedom to color it in how you wish.
There are certain reasons why some foods are healthier than others. I will do my best to share this information in a simplified manner to help you make decisions towards living a healthier lifestyle. For example, why are some carbohydrates healthier than others, or why our body needs certain fats more than others.
I strongly believe that healthy eating and fitness go hand in hand. While each will do its part towards improving your health, together they can make a huge difference. The road to a healthy lifestyle is a never ending journey. I want to do my best to cover all aspects of health and simplify this journey we are all on.
